1. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation within 24 hours. This confirmation email will include your order details and payment information.
2. Manufacturing Time
Standard manufacturing takes 5-6 business days. Each piece is carefully crafted to ensure quality and attention to detail. We begin manufacturing your order after payment confirmation.
3. Delivery Time
Once the manufacturing is complete, your order will be delivered within 3-4 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location. You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
4. Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of order value. All standard deliveries are completely free of charge.
5. Shipping Methods
We offer standard shipping across India. We use reliable courier partners to ensure your items reach you safely and on time.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also view the status of your order in your account under the Orders section.
7. Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us at drbydanarazik@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing your order.
8. International Shipping
Currently, we ship within India only. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at drbydanarazik@gmail.com and we will assist you with available options.
9. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue. In case of lost shipments, we will either resend your order or provide a full refund.
10. Payment Gateway
We use PhonePe payment gateway for all online transactions. PhonePe provides secure payment processing and supports various payment methods including UPI, credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
